UNREAL Candy Campaign -BzzAgent

I was lucky enough to get to test some wonderful new candy today! It was UNREAL Candy and it is Unjunked! http://getunreal.com/ I recently joined BzzAgent. It is a wonderful company that values your opinion!www.bzzagent.com BzzAgent sent me Free candy and Buy One Get One Free coupons for me to give out to my friends & family. All I had to do was taste the candy and give my opinion on it. It was that simple!

It is made with real sugar not HFC (High Fruitcose Corn Syrup) and it has no Hydrogenated oils, & No Artificial's! It was very tasty! I found the chocolate to taste very clean CHOCOLATY! All the candy was wonderful tasting but my favorite was the candy coated chocolates- they were so good!

I liked the muted colors from the vegetables they used instead of chemicals, They use beet juice, cabbage juice, tumeric to name a few. It was very pure tasting. The sugar makes such a difference in the taste of the candy. When I was younger candy was made with sugar not corn syrup and it tasted so good. This was a pleasant tasting creamy chocolate that has half the calories of candy that is "JUNKED"

All they candy was delicious! If you get a chance to pick some up DO IT! You will not want to eat other candy again!

Times Square Visitors Center

Yesterday my son & I went into the city (NYC) to go to an event for New York Comic-con at and spend some more cash when I stumbled upon the hidden jewel known as t MidTown Comics. It was very cool we wound up winning passes for NYCC which was AWESOME! We were going into Manhattan that evening to see Ghost on Broadway so decided to go earlier and try to score some passes. The event was at noon and ended at 1 PM, Ghost did not start until 7 PM. We had 6 hrs to kill with a small budget to do it on.  I don't know if you have ever been to Times Square but it is two things you need to know.... 1. Extremely crowded  2. EXPENSIVE! not to mention...NO BATHROOMS. It is very hard to find a bathroom in Times Square. We first went to Starbucks and could use the facility w/ a purchase. So we bought a cold brew tea (ewww) I don't recommend the passion fruit tea w/ lemonade. It was weak tasting and not very cold for $3.50 plus tax.  So after the drink had kicked in and needed to use the facilities again we were going to go to McDonald's and spend some more cash when I stumbled upon the hidden jewel know as The Times Square Visitors Center.  I had been to Times Square many many times and had never noticed this before.
Upon entering you experience the glitzy neon lights that spell out welcome, as you walk down toward the exhibit center you pass beautiful costumes from shows like Evita, Phantom, Joseph & the Technicolor Dreamcoat etc. Then the bathrooms which are very clean! The main room it filled with wonderful FREE things to do as well as a gift shop (fair prices for Times Square) You can take pictures (with your camera) of you with a replica of the New Years Eve ball that is all lit up in multi-color fashion. There is even a very sweet public safety officer who will be more than happy to take the photo for you. There is a starbucks cart for coffee. a broadway show ticket agent there, and the best thing I thought was the newsreel. Every ten minutes they show the history of Times Square from 1904 til present. It was a very unexpected delight  to be treated so nicely by all the employees and a much needed reprieve from the heat and noise of Times Square. It was rejuvenating to sit in the air conditioning and cool down while learning some interesting things about Times Square.
So......If you find yourself in Times Square and need a break for no cost go and check out The Times Square Visitor Center Entrance is located at 7th Ave between 46th & 47th Streets
They are open 7 days a week from 8am-8pm.

SoBe Coconut Water

I Love SoBe life water so I tried their new flavor Coconut Water.  It is excellent for hydration. I used it when the humidity was sky high and temps. around 100 in NYC. It refreshed and replaced just like they say. After walking 45 city blocks in a heat wave I reached for a water but saw this instead.
After drinking it I felt energized enough to walk the 45 blocks back to the train station! I think Pacific Coconut is my new favorite flavor of Sobe Life water! I hope you try it too!

Lysol Power & Free Multi-Purpose Cleaner

I don't know about you but I have always cleaned with bleach. My mother cleaned with it so I do. To me it makes me feel like everything is really clean. I recently found out about the health risks there are with using too much bleach. So when I saw Lysol (which I love & also always use) came out with a multi-purpose cleaner with the power of bleach but using hydrogen peroxide I was soooo happy! I couldn't wait to try it!
I was delighted to find it had a pleasant smell  (Citrus Sparkle Zest) PLUS it cut through tough bathroom & kitchen stains like hard water & greasy stove. Anytime a cleaner cleans & doesn't give me a headache is a good thing.
I would definitely buy this product over my usual multi-purpose cleaner w/bleach. I recommend giving it a try.

Almond Breeze Almond Milk

This is one tasty replacement for milk! If you have stomach issues or diet restrictions for milk this is great. I have it by the glass with cookies or cake, use it on my cereal and cook with it!
At 60 calories per 8 oz. glass it's great. It is a thin consistency like skim milk. It tastes great unlike soy. It has no after taste which works well when using in recipes. Soooooo, if you are looking for a healthy alternative I would suggest Blue Diamond Almond Milk! Enjoy!
This is vegan friendly contains no dairy

BOCA Savory Mushroom Mozzarella Veggie Patties

I am NOT a Vegetarian, My son has been a vegetarian by choice for 6 years  now until he decided to go vegan.  I had this box of BOCA Burgers in the freezer which he can't eat anymore since there is cheese in it, so I decided to try it.
It couldn't hurt to try something healthier for me since I am always looking for healthier alternatives to what is already in my diet. I cooked it up like I always did in a non stick skillet with a little extra virgin olive oil until it is crisp on both sides (about 15 minutes total) Put it on some toast , hit it with a dab of ketchup and took my first bite.....WOW not bad! The taste is very flavorful, lots of spices with the cheesey goodness that is mozzarella. My only dislike was the texture, not the thick meaty texture I am used to but not a bad texture either.  My son assured me that after you eat two or three veggie burgers or soy burgers you don't miss the meat feeling.
So I would recommend BOCA Savory Mushroom Mozzarella veggie patties to anyone who would like to try a healthier alternative to a meat patty. One patty is only 110 calories with 25 fat calories. Pretty good considering a regular beef patty is 4 oz. 240 calories 17 grams of fat (chuck patty 85% lean)
It is a great way of cutting calories with out compromising taste and satisfaction.

JIF Chocolate Hazelnut Spread

Do you love Nutella? I do..... but I also like JIF peanutbutter, so when I saw that JIF came out with a chocolate flavored hazelnut spread I jumped for joy! I could not wait to try it.
It comes in a 14.1 oz container which is a tad bigger than Nutella (13 oz) and it is about twenty cents cheaper.

First I tried it like all TRUE lovers of Nutella like their choco goodness....On a spoon right out of the freshly opened jar! MMMMMMMM! Smooth, Creamy, DELICIOUS!!
I was delighted to find it was just as tasty as Nutella. Way To Go JIF!!

I have since had it on toast with banana, used it as filling for my sweet rolls, and made cookies with it.
I Love it and would highly recommend it!!
